About Sevenoranges

Sevenoranges.com is an online service that allows users and members to connect through their projects in film and theatre.  Sevenoranges members can share information, movies, images, and projects of their own creation.  Sevenoranges requests but does not require any personal information to be displayed, in addition the ability for members or non-members to view personal content is at the sole discretion of the disclosing Member.

Information Collection and Use

Sevenoranges maintains two forms of information: personal and statistical.  It serves the purpose of identification and to make aware both Sevenoranges and respective members the visibility and availability of content posted on Sevenoranges.  The only item of personally-identifiable-information that is collected is Members e-mail address.  All other “fields” can be false without repercussion.  In addition a valid e-mail is only necessary to be able to store files on the Sevenoranges network.

In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the users close the browser. We do not use cookies to collect private information from any user.

Children Under Age 13

Sevenoranges does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us -- including information like your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Eligible Minors

We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.

Use of Information Obtained by Sevenoranges

Sevenoranges uses information obtained solely to improve the quality of service.

Advertising

Advertisements that appear on the Web Site are delivered to users by our advertising partners. Our advertising partners may download cookies to your computer. Doing this allows the advertising network to recognize your computer each time they send you an advertisement. In this way, they may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which advertisements are clicked. This information allows an advertising network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. Sevenoranges does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third party advertisers.
