Set during the Carlisle Indian Summit of 1753, Mr. Benjamin Franklin confronts his longtime rival Thomas Penn. While history remembers their rivalry only in footnotes, the play depicts their meeting as dramatic, whimsical, daring, mysterious, all toped with an edge of the seat duel of the blades. If this summit does not proceed as planned, the fate of America would be greatly hindered.
